HVAC Maintenance Agreement in Katy, Brookshire, Tomball, Houston, TX and Surrounding Areas
Tired of sweating through every summer…. Having high energy bills in the winter? Learn how you can save money with a more energy efficient A/C unit and furnace. When the temperature and humidity outdoors drop or become more intense, you’ll have to rely on your air conditioning/ heating unit indoors.
In fact, if that air conditioning unit is not functioning correctly, the whole family suffers. Early maintenance can prevent these issues from happening. Also, this will prevent any issues that you had before from becoming into a worse and expensive problem. Extend the life of your air conditioning units and lower your utility bill by having a maintenance plan. Tune-ups every year or every spring can drastically help with avoiding dust build-up which can cause your system to fail sooner and run harder than it should.
Lack of maintenance of A/C and heating systems is the #1 cause of system breakdowns
Regardless of the age or brand of your existing equipment, keeping it maintained saves you money. In fact, equipment manufacturers require planned maintenance to validate and preserve their equipment warranties.* The good news is it’s never too late (or too soon) to start a proper maintenance plan. As a contracted customer, you’ll never have to worry about bad air quality or a system running at less than peak efficiency. Annual maintenance can lower your energy bills, increase your HVAC system’s efficiency and help you to avoid costly repairs.
